What we are about:
Avantoure is a lifestyle digital magazine based on the concept Life is a Game! We look at adventurous, unusual, extraordinary, inspirational people, places, and ideas. The digital format of the magazine allows us to create more engaging experiences by placing videos, music, animations and other interactive elements into the layout of our publication. The magazine is distributed and purchased online.

What we are looking for:
In our next issue (March-April 2009) along side professional editorial we are reserving space for user generated content and will run a competition for the best user generated story.
We welcome you and your friends to express yourself and email to us your stories and essays on your extraordinary, moving, unusual, spiritual, entertaining and educational experiences!
Here is the outline of the sections that your stories can fall in: games (all sorts), love and relationships, travel and expeditions, technology, inspirational people, virtual worlds, innovations, historical, spiritual, and world discoveries.
How to supply your story:
Please send email with the story you want to share to Serafima Bogomolova at publisher@avantoure.com Please put ‘user generated story’ into the subject field of your email.
The deadline for submitting stories is 20 January 2009.
